At their July 14 meeting, the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors approved the purchase of a 2026 CAT 140 AWD motor grader at a cost of $453,318.64. 

The purchase agreement includes trading in a 2001 CAT 140H with 12,890 hours for $60,200.
