The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors at their May 26 meeting approved a three-year contract with Cost Advisory Services, Inc.

CASI is an Iowa-based company that provides annual cost allocation and indirect cost rate services to county governments, cities, and state agencies to help them recover eligible indirect costs from federal programs.
