The Forest City Council at their May 4 meeting were updated on electric rate numbers and the need for future rate increases.

Blair Metzger with DGR Engineering provided a summary of the City’s rate numbers.

“So, essentially what we're talking about, what this will boil down to is what needs to be done for Fiscal Year 2027, which starts in July,” he said. “What are we going to do for next fiscal year?”
