Blacktop Service Co. from Humboldt will serve as the general contractor for the summer street rehabilitation project in Buffalo Center. The City received two bids for the project, and the Buffalo Center City Council approved the low bid from Blacktop Service of $574,934.32 at its May 11 meeting.
